Your Role:

Oversee all bakery operations, ensuring efficient production of high-quality bread products while managing staff, finances and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of bread production and team.
• Maintain strict quality control and food safety standards (HACCP, hygiene).
• Manage inventory, suppliers, and production schedules.
• Contribute to financial performance and implement marketing strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Need:

• Proven bakery management experience with strong bread production knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business acumen.
• Expertise in baking techniques, inventory, and financial basics.
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with automated equipment and online ordering.
